Fast & Fresh Mango Salsa
I tweaked a fabulous Bonnie Stern mango salsa recipe I found in the Toronto Star newspaper about 15 years ago. It appealed to me since it required no tomatoes. I've simplified it a bit and have sometimes added leftover cherry tomatoes, avocados, or cucumbers to it.
